I had the pleasure of working with Danielle DiNapoli in Deerfield Beach, Florida, both to rent a seasonal condo and later to purchase one. From start to finish Danielle was professional, attentive, and genuinely invested in helping me find the perfect fit. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. What truly stood out to was how much she cared not just about closing a deal but about making sure I was genuinely happy in my new home. Working with Danielle was a smooth experience and our end result made us very happy! Once I told her my needs she went to work and consistently sent me emails that I would review each week until I found my perfect rental! I needed it to be walkable, near restaurants and shopping, dog friendly, amenities, and more. She found me such a perfect spot that we ended up buying it! I have everything that I wanted on my checklist. She even showed us other options just so that we could be positive in our decision. For my next purchase I will definately be using Danielle! She is also very sweet and knowledgable about the area which helped tremendously because neither me or my husband had ever even been to the area before. So she went above and beyond showing us around.
